The First Morning at Blue Breeze
There is a quiet politeness to the first morning in a new stay. You wake before you mean to. The air is unfamiliar. Everything is where you left it, and nothing is where you'd expect. The kettle asks to be found.
At Blue Breeze, the first morning is a soft one. The floor stays cool until the sun properly arrives. The linen curtain lifts, then settles, then lifts again. A small green lizard reads the wall.
We wrote nothing on the first-morning list about what the room does. Instead, we wrote about what it lets happen. Coffee, unhurried. A book, opened but unread. A balcony chair that only wants to be sat in.
This is the small architecture of a good stay — not what it announces, but what it allows.
